New Library of the Chamber of Deputies in via del Seminario

The new library in the Chamber in the former Dominican convent in the complex of significant historical - artistic interest of S.M. S. Minerva. The construction of the new library provides the public, the city and scholars with a high-level heritage and becomes a study center of the capital.

The valorization of the ancient convent of the Dominicans has allowed an authentic rapprochement between the citizen and the Parliament, through the fruition of a modern and essential service for the cultural life of the society. The project achieves a multiple synthesis of a restoration scientifically inspired by the integral respect of the building and suitable, at the same time, to the needs of the new definition.
