Ministry of Justice via Arenula

The project involves the redevelopment of the building in Via Arenula, seat of the Ministry of Justice built in 1924 by Pio Piacentini. The project aims to make an energy efficiency of the building while maintaining legible the original design of the building and its materials. The project objective is the restoration and enhancement of the artifact by protecting and leaving its historical palimpsest; allowing, at the same time, an energy saving of at least 20% compared to the current state of the building and taking care that at least 70% of the demolition waste must be prepared for the reuse, recycling or recovery of other materials.
